Tomato Soup Recipe

Here’s the perfect winter-warmer with our hearty tomato soup that requires only 4 main ingredients!  It is a family hit in our house and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Mix one 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes, 15 oz of light coconut milk, 15 oz of salt-free tomato sauce, and 6 oz of salt-free tomato paste in a pot and bring to a simmer.  Whisk until the paste is uniformly distributed.  Top with a generous amount of dried dill.  As an alternative, instead of dill, consider roasted garlic powder or red chili powder for something different.

Serve with your favorite panini, sandwich, or grilled cheese!
