Why You Should Start Doing Planks?

Harness the power of planking in your fitness routine during this 4 week challenge! Why join us? Because even just practicing plank for a few minutes everyday it will help strengthen your entire core! In addition to that, plank exercise improves your body posture by strengthening your back, neck, chest, shoulder and abdominal muscles. If you do plank every day, your posture WILL IMPROVE and you will feel stronger. Who loves that?!!! Join us in this CHALLENGE!

Week 4: 
• Hold High Plank 30 seconds
• Right Knee to Forehead, Right Knee to Right Elbow, Right Knee to Left Elbow for 30 seconds
• Left Knee to Forehead, Left Knee to Left Elbow, Left Knee to Right Elbow for 30 seconds
• Come Down and Up into Elbow Plank to High Plank for 30 seconds
• BONUS – Come Up Into a Headstand
