Week 2:
• Hold High Plank 30 seconds
• Right Knee to Forehead 30 seconds
• Left Knee to Forehead 30 seconds
• Drop to Elbow Plank Rocking Forward & Back for 30 seconds
• BONUS – Come Up Into a Headstand
