Yoga + Singing + Dancing = TRIPLE THE FUN!
Dance along with us and then hold the yoga pose we are in for 10 seconds. Directions:
1. When you hear the music, start dancing and moving around!
2. You can dance along or come up with your own dance moves.
3. When the music stops, look at the screen, and freeze into the yoga pose we are in for 10 seconds.
4. Most important of all, HAVE FUN!!!!!
