Chocolate Mousse Dessert ❤️

Super simple, (minimal* guilt) dessert!
1 cup chocolate of choice. Recommend dark chocolate, although good options include sugar-free dark chocolate chips.
2/3 to 1 cup milk of choice heated to roiling boil. If using lesser fat choice (soy, almond, skim milk), use 2/3 milk. If using whole milk or cream, use 1 cup
OPTIONAL: 1.5 oz or 1 T liqueur of choice, or 1t. flavored extract of choice for additional flavor
1 egg
Combine above ingredients in a food processor until smooth, then pour into demitasse cups. Place in refrigerator until solid. Top with small dollop of whipped cream or garnish with a mint sprig or chocolate wafer.
