Week 3️⃣ Squat Thrusts Yoga Style 💫

Squat Thrusts build muscle in your triceps, chest, while also activating the lower body muscles like the hamstrings, quads, and glutes.  They improve cardiovascular health while increasing your heart rate.  Who LOVES that?!!!  Let’s learn the proper form and get started.

❤️ Start with your feet hip distance apart and lower into a squat position by bending the knees.  

❤️ Make sure in your squat to keep the spine straight, chest lifted, and knees behind toes.  

❤️ Place your hands on the floor and step or jump back into a plank.

❤️ Next add a yoga push-up keeping your elbows in as you lower down and up.

❤️ Now the FUN part 💫 Come into down dog and TRY flying back to the top of your mat.

Repeat as many times as you can getting gaining strength and that heart pumping 👊🏼
