Join me on the mat for some deep breathing while boosting blood circulation and taking care of our heart.  We all know that exercise revs up your heart rate but it isn’t the only kind of physical activity that can help prevent or manage heart disease.  The calming exercise of yoga is good for the heart, too.  So this challenge is all about finding that mind-body connection as we move through a series of body poses and breathing exercises that can improve strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation.  Remember, this is for everyBODY.  Beginner, intermediate, advanced-welcome 🙏🏻
