- Date: April 1st
- Time: 3:30-4:30 p.m. (Community Yoga by Nicole Wilt from 3:30-4 p.m. followed by an on-site auction with Jaw Bats. Let’s raise those funds for The American Heart Association)
- Location: Meadowbrook Park in Prairie Village KS (right behind the clubhouse)
- EveryBODY’s welcome, so bring your kiddos.
What To Expect
Join ABC’s of Health certified personal trainer & yoga instructor, Nicole Wilt, for some community yoga in the park to help raise funds for The American Heart Association while supporting Team IMPACT Nicole! EveryBODY is welcome to attend! This will be a fun and flowing yoga practice from 3:30-4 p.m. for all skill levels and ages. Please bring your yoga mat & water bottle.
