Health Coaching Program
| The Coaching (Holistic Health) Programs were designed to help those individuals who are committed to achieving better health; by developing both the mind and body and even the spiritual side of health, if you are so inclined to do so. Whether you have a life threatening disease like cancer, heart disease, etc. or you are attempting to lose weight or you simply want to improve your health. A Coaching (Holistic Health) Program can be tailored to your needs. These programs were developed to work over a period of time. We recommend a commitment of six months with a three month minimum. Many times desired results do not even start to show until after sixty to ninety days. There are currently four Coaching (Holistic Health) Programs to choose from and two maintenance programs. The maintenance programs were developed for those individuals who still feel that they may need that extra support on a monthly basis. The maintenance programs can only be purchased after completing one of the four Coaching (Holistic Health) Programs. If you don't see a package that fits your needs click on Monthly Holistic Package No. 4 and we will develop a program specific to your needs.
